The resort staff were fantastic, going above and beyond to assist with my injury. The location and surroundings were lovely, with a spa that was excellent. The breakfast staff were friendly and accommodating, adding cheese to our omelets and scrambled eggs daily. The bedrooms were nice, and the resort provided a free golf buggy ride to their nearby beach resort.

We fall in love with this hotel. Everything is perfect. This is ideal place for quiet holiday. Staff is very helpfull and friendly, especially hotel manager! Hotel territory is huge and very beautifull. There is own zoo in this hotel! Restaurant is good, and the price is not too high.

Very good

Great tropical garden, amazing restaurants, and reasonable prices.

Inadequate air conditioning, and the pool is crowded with non-guests.

We enjoyed the free shuttle service to the nearby beach and the fact that there were not many guests, which made it a very peaceful experience. the staff was really friendly and welcoming, which made us feel at home. the spa was amazing, we had a couple of great massages.

The condition of some areas of the resort, some parts looked old and run down. the pool wasn't as relaxing as we hoped.

When we drove to the beach on the cart provided by the resort, we got to see the village and its fascinating surroundings; it was an enjoyable experience. We also visited the resort mini zoo, it had many animals, and it was fun for the kids. the nature reserve around the resort was breathtaking and enjoyable. the room was spacious, and the bathroom was clean. the breakfast was varied, and the view from the room was great.

Some guests were loud and disrespectful during dinner, but the staff did not seem to care about it.

I loved the hotel's cleanliness and facilities. The parking area was convenient and transportation was readily available. The hotel's location to Bai Xep beach was ideal, it was uncrowded and serene. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was always friendly and helpful.
